Full-Time Customer Integration Data Transformation Specialist

Customer Integration function is vital and client-facing.

Job Purpose: Supports successful deployment of new and updated services, managing standard & custom data feeds, creating custom Excel extracts, integrating with GS1 data platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bespoke Integration Delivery: Participates in delivering bespoke integrations, supporting data mapping, testing, and deployment for accurate & efficient data integration. Works with detailed data specifications & customer requirements.
• Project Management: Meets project milestones and client specifications for inbound and outbound projects, collaborating with project managers for timely & successful delivery.
• Knowledge Maintenance: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of Nielsen Brandbank, local GDSN data models, and capture rules; updating skills and knowledge.
• Collaboration with Consultants and Developers: Works closely with consultants & developers to create patches & changes, ensuring thorough testing & quality standards before deployment.
• Data Transformation Logic: Builds data transformation logic for accurate transformation and integration, identifying test scenarios and creating test data.
• Data Quality Assurance: Ensures data quality throughout the transformation process, implementing quality control measures.
• Supplier/Retailer Consultancy: Provides consultancy services to suppliers and retailers, advising on best practices for data integration.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintains regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing issues.
