The House Of Mercier is excited to offer a remote opportunity for a Customer Representative who speaks Dutch, to join our dynamic team supporting Specsavers. In this unique role, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers from sunny Greece, providing them with comprehensive support and solutions regarding their eyewear and optical needs. Your expertise will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting our brand's commitment to quality service. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Answer product inquiries and guide customers through their purchase journey.
- Handle returns, complaints, and feedback in an empathetic and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to develop best practices for customer interactions.
- Stay updated on product offerings and promotions to provide informed assistance.
- Report on customer feedback and suggest areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the retail or optical industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Able to thrive in a remote work environment and manage tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service platforms is advantageous.
