Full-Time Assistant Manager (05781)

Overview: You are a natural leader and want to be the boss. Domino's Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of store operations during your shift.
• Manage a staff of 3-30 employees.
• Perform duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Control costs, inventory, and cash.
• Maintain excellent customer relations.
• Set the tone for the store.
• Follow portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Customer service: Greet customers, take orders, answer phones with a smile, operate cash register.
• Food preparation: Make fast, accurate products.
• Delivery: Deliver product safely and courteously.

Requirements:

• Experience leading teams.
• Excellent attitude and motivation skills.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Reliable vehicle, insurance, and valid driver's license.
• Strong role model; be on time, have a good attitude with customers and co-workers, and maintain high standards.
• Must be available to work 365 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
