Job Details

The Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of clients using HubSpot’s CRM, marketing, sales, and service tools. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships and ensuring they get maximum value from HubSpot products. The role requires close collaboration with teams to provide exceptional service and drive client growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent client-facing skills and experience in delivering effective solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients using HubSpot.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client business objectives and tailor HubSpot solutions.
  • Guide clients through onboarding and ensure successful implementation.
  • Provide ongoing support and training on HubSpot’s features.
  • Identify opportunities for clients to optimize HubSpot use and drive business growth.
  • Monitor client usage and success metrics, proactively addressing any issues.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Communicate with clients to review progress and gather feedback.
  • Prepare and present reports on client performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Customer Success Manager, preferably within the SaaS or digital marketing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of HubSpot’s CRM, marketing, sales, and service tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • HubSpot certifications are a plus.
