The Customer Success Executive leads post-sales activities, driving ServiceNow’s long-term value by accelerating customer success, ensuring renewals, and maximizing the impact of ServiceNow across business transformation initiatives.
What You Get to Do in This Role:
  • Drive Post-Sales Success: Own the customer’s post-sales transformation, aligning offerings to goals.
  • Collaborate Strategically: Partner with Account Executives to create integrated strategies.
  • Mitigate Risks and Drive Value: Proactively identify risks and develop strategies to overcome them.
  • Focus on KPIs: Guide the team to meet KPIs—adoption, technical health, renewals, customer satisfaction, and expansion.
  • Foster Strategic Alignment: Build relationships with leaders and incorporate customer feedback.
  • Advocate for Innovation: Drive innovative solutions for customers.
  • Set Success Metrics: Establish clear metrics and review progress.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading large-scale digital business transformations, acting as a trusted advisor.
