Brightspeed is seeking a Dispatch Specialist I to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor workflow for technicians.
- Evaluate and reassign work as needed.
- Provide updates on work progress and escalate issues.
- Utilize systems to monitor workflow and load work to qualified technicians.
- Monitor and regulate work volumes.
- Communicate with technicians to resolve force availability imbalances.
- Analyze service orders and repair tickets to dispatch to appropriate technician.
- Ensure accurate processing of service orders and repair tickets.
- Contact customers to schedule, reschedule, or confirm appointments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve appointment-related issues.
Requirements:
- High School, GED or equivalent education.
- 2+ years of related experience.
- Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.
- Strong customer service background.
- Excellent communication skills.
- PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Windows.
- Understanding of team collaboration & alignment.
