Contractor Customer Service Representative

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

• Provide excellent customer-centric service through inbound and outbound calls.
• Analyze electronic and telephonic information and verification requests.
• Manage supplement requests.
• Direct calls and inquiries appropriately.
• Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customer calls/electronic requests.
• Process supplements timely.
• Investigate credit and financial information sources.
• Provide credit information and references as requested.
• Review and interpret credit reports.
• Adhere to training manual and procedures.
• Answer calls within 3 rings.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and policies.
• Maintain understanding of products, services, and policies.

WHAT ABOUT YOU?

• Experience in financial/mortgage services.
• Strong understanding of credit services and regulations.
• Customer service experience.
• Understanding of issues like foreclosure and bankruptcy.
• Excellent communication and problem resolution skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual is a plus.
