Job OverviewThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat. Develop in-depth knowledge of AssureHire's background screening software. Work in an exceptional team environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact (phone, chat, email, web).
- Obtain and evaluate information to handle inquiries and provide service.
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve support issues.
- Identify workarounds and communicate them to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Prioritize and resolve issues based on service level agreements.
- Meet customer satisfaction goals.
- Organize work efforts across communication channels (phone/chat/email) to meet established SLAs.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
Requirements & Skills:
- Customer-centric attitude and strong decision-making skills.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English fluency).
