Responsibilities:
• Respond to queries from healthcare professionals regarding prescription drug benefits
• Provide consistent, compassionate, and detail oriented customer service
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also recognizing the importance of team communication and coordination
• Ensure accurate data entry and management
• Handle high volume calls in a fast-paced call center environment
• Understand and follow call center metrics for service quality
• Provide remote assistance to customers as needed
• Assist customers with their queries and concerns
• Utilize knowledge of pharmacy claims and pharmacy benefit management in service delivery.
Requirements
• Proven experience in Call Center Customer Service
• Demonstrated ability to effectively assist customers
• Previous work in a Fast Paced Call Center environment
• Experience in an Inbound Call Center is preferred
• Ability to handle High Volume Call Center tasks
• Familiarity with Call Center Metrics and performance measures
• Proficiency in Remote Assistance tools and software
• High-speed data entry skills
• Experience or familiarity with Pharmacy operations
• Understanding of Pharmacy Claim processing
• Knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Management systems
• Ability to work in the Manufacturing industry
• Capable of multitasking and maintaining composure in a high-pressure environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
