Full-Time Customer Success Analyst (Japanese)

The Customer Success Senior Analyst works with Cint's customers to maximize their use of Cint's technology platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Enable customers to achieve their survey project goals using Cint's ResTech platforms.
• Manage client relationships to drive product usage and adoption.
• Advocate for customer needs within internal teams.
• Onboard new clients and train new/existing customers on Cint's products.
• Understand clients' businesses and structures to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze client performance trends and create proactive recommendations & action plans to support growth.

Requirements:

• Relevant customer-facing experience with managing projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience with internal/external relationship management, client presentations, and quantitative data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Japanese).
• Disciplined work ethic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, focused on revenue goals.
• Resourceful problem-solving, organized, process-oriented.
• Proven track record of driving client business growth and achieving revenue targets.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
