Job Details
Your Career as Customer Success Architect:
- Guide product-based customer journey to unlock value and build Attack Surface Management programs.
- Troubleshoot with customers and analyze SOC ecosystems.
- Collect user feedback and advocate internally for customers.
Your Impact:
- Enable effective customer deployment and customization of the Xpanse platform.
- Create and execute technical implementation plans including onboarding and training.
- Coach customers on integrating the tool into their workflows.
- Work with internal teams to ensure customers get the most out of our products.
- Manage and escalate technical issues.
Your Experience:
- 5+ years in customer success, solutions architecture, or relationship management.
- Understanding of attack surface management concepts (IP, DNS, Certificates, CVEs).
- Experience with Python, REST APIs, and networking.
- Strong communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with SOC technologies (SIEM, SOAR, EDR) is a plus.
