About the Role: Reporting to Customer Success & Engineering, the Customer Success Engineer resolves customer concerns, improves internal tools, and engineers solutions to maximize customer platform usage.
Responsibilities:
- Solving customer cases.
- Troubleshooting alongside engineering.
- Advising teams internally and externally.
- Developing and improving internal tools.
- Specializing in product areas.
- Improving internal documentation, processes, and policies.
- Assisting Customer Success Managers with enterprise requests.
Requirements:
- Understanding of modern web architecture (frontend frameworks like Next.js and React, cloud technologies, serverless computing, DNS).
- Knowledge of metered usage and subscriptions in SaaS.
- Ability to engineer solutions for recurring problems.
- Experience in incident management and procedural communication.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Inquisitive mind and ability to lead by example.
- Comfortable working in a remote, globally distributed team.
- Passion for exceptional customer experience.
- Availability for weekend on-call.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with SAAS and telehealth/e-commerce.
- Familiarity with monorepos and complex CI/CD pipelines.
