The Customer Success Executive is passionate about building a positive experience for our Informed certified brands by offering outstanding service, attention to detail, and exemplary communication. Working closely with the Account Management and Compliance teams to onboard customers, and ensure compliance with customer happiness, retention, and growth goals. Success in this role relies on building engaging relationships with customers and our internal teams and handling and prioritizing tasks with a positive attitude!
- Account Management: You have experience handling customer relationships and are comfortable building those relationships through written and verbal communication. You can quickly build rapport and trust.
- Task and Priority Management: You can handle a long list of 'to-dos', running expectations and setting priorities without too much stress.
- Communication and Attention to Detail: Both are magnificent; you take pride in the quality of your written work and understand the importance of the details!
