Brafton is seeking a proactive and strategic Customer Success Manager (CSM) to ensure customers maximize their value from contentmarketing.ai. This is a remote, full-time contractor position open to candidates in the Pacific and Mountain time zones.

- Onboarding & Training: Guide new customers, deliver training, and develop materials.
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact, build relationships, and conduct monthly reviews.
- Adoption & Utilization: Monitor platform usage and suggest best practices.
- Retention & Expansion: Identify opportunities for renewal, upsell, and expansion.
- Customer Support & Problem Solving: Address concerns, collaborate with teams, and advocate for customer needs.
- Reporting & Success Metrics: Track KPIs and prepare reports.
- Thought Leadership & Best Practices: Educate customers and share case studies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, and AI-powered tools.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and analytics dashboards.
