You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients and driving engagement and retention by guiding them through every aspect of our platform. You’ll work closely with Global Mobility and People Operations teams supporting them optimize their global mobility services and processes. What You’ll Do
- Relationship building is key - be the first point of contact for a portfolio of clients, incl. regular check-in calls
- Advocate and manage day-to-day operations for our customers
- Drive contract renewals and identify opportunities for upsells based on client needs
- Lead client onboarding sessions, conduct business reviews, and deliver training to drive platform adoption
- Collaborate with internal teams like the customer experience team to resolve issues, address feedback, and drive product improvements an
- Analyse customer data to identify areas for growth and to improve the customer experience
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- 4+ years in Customer Success or related fields, ideally in HR teach or SAAS
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English (other languages are a plus)
- You can effectively build rapport, with new and existing customers
- You are proactive & passionate about supporting your client portfolio, always with a customer-first approach
- You have empathy for the complexities and stressors in global mobility processes
- You are a self-starter, highly structured, and organized individual. You have an eye for detail and hold yourself accountable
- You have a solution-oriented mindset, can solve problems independently, and know how to escalate issues and bring in other teams to drive results and solutions
