About the Company:

A fast-growing SaaS company in the renewable energy space, providing B2B software solutions for solar installers. Our software streamlines operations, increases brand visibility, and automates tasks to help solar companies run and grow.

Position Overview:

The Customer Success Manager will onboard, train, and support clients, ensuring they maximize platform value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide new clients through onboarding, tailoring plans to business models.
  • Optimize onboarding workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve user adoption.
  • Serve as primary contact, proactively managing relationships.
  • Track client engagement, anticipate issues, and provide solutions.
  • Hold clients accountable for key tasks.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via email, Slack, and video calls.
  • Identify & implement process improvements for customer experience and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product/development teams to incorporate customer feedback for continuous product improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or client relations (ideally in SaaS).
  • Strong project management, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple clients.
  • Experience with CRM software (preferably HubSpot), Google tools, and communication tools (Slack, Google Meet, Zoom).
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and hold customers accountable.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.

Nice to Haves:

  • Technical experience with domain registrars, DNS setups, and email domain verification.
