The CyberArk Returnship program is a 6-month paid remote Customer Support Engineer program for individuals re-entering the workforce.

Customer Focus:
Working directly with Fortune 500 companies to troubleshoot issues with CyberArk's software suite. Focus on securing privileged credentials.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries & technical problems (web portal, live sessions, phone)
- Address customer needs & technical issues through research, reproduction, & troubleshooting
- Document all technical inquiries
- Develop & review knowledge-sharing content for internal & customer use
- Collaborate with global support colleagues, security services, sales, operations, & administration
Requirements:
- Extended career break & seeking to re-enter workforce
- 3-5 years' experience in Technical Support or similar
- 3+ years' experience at a SaaS or security vendor in a consultancy or advisory role
- Understanding of complex systems
- Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills & passion for world-class service
- Experience supporting enterprise-level customers
- Ability to learn new products & technologies
- Strong time management, decision-making, prioritization, & organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems & server platforms (2008/2012/2016)
Nice to have: CyberArk experience
Salary: Up to $35/hour
