Job Details

The CyberArk Customer Support Engineer Returnship program is a paid 6-month program for professionals with a 2+ year voluntary career break seeking to return to the workforce.

During the program, you will enhance your existing skills through specialized learning, development, and mentorship from our client services team within the Customer Support team.

You'll connect with a peer group of fellow returners, building a strong support network to confidently re-enter the workforce. Upon successful completion, there's a full-time employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via web portal, live sessions, and phone.
  • Address customer needs and technical problems through research, reproduction, troubleshooting, and applying acquired knowledge.
  • Document all technical inquiries.
  • Develop and review knowledge sharing content for internal and customer-facing platforms.
  • Collaborate with global support colleagues, security services, sales, operations, and administration.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years voluntary career break.
  • 3-5 years experience in technical support or similar roles at a software company.
  • 3+ years experience at a SaaS or security vendor in a consultancy or advisory role.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing top-tier service.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level customers.
  • Ability to learn new products and technologies.
  • Strong teamwork and independent work skills.
  • Excellent time management, decision-making, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and server platforms (Windows 2008/2012/2016).
  • CyberArk experience is a plus.

Compensation: Up to $35/hour.
