Key Responsibilities:
- Learn all necessary information for work.
- Assist customers via live support (chats, instant messengers, emails, possible hotline).
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide high-level service.
- Be available for night shifts.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
Skills:
- Strong written communication skills.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia (essential).
- Intermediate-to-advanced English.
- Empathy, stress tolerance, responsibility, and focus on development and results.
- Excellent basic computer skills.
- Ability to work from a personal laptop for the initial 2 weeks of training.
