Assist customers via live support (chats, instant messengers, emails, and possibly hotline).
Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing high-level service.
Be available for night shifts.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
Language Requirements: Turkish B2-C1, English.
Skills: Strong written communication, empathy, stress tolerance, responsibility, focus on development and results, excellent basic computer skills.
Initial Work Arrangement: Ability to work from a personal laptop for the first 2 weeks of training.
