Learn necessary information for work.
Help customers through live support (chats, instant messengers, emails, and possible hotline).
Handle customer inquiries appropriately and provide high-level service.
Be ready to work at night.
Interact with other departments to resolve issues.
Knowledge of Azerbaijani (fluent spoken and written) and English (all levels) is required.
Good written communication skills in one of these language combinations.
Empathy, stress tolerance, responsibility, and a focus on development and results are essential.
Excellent basic computer skills.
Ability to work from a personal laptop for the first 2 weeks of training.
