Learn all necessary information for work.
Help customers through live support (chats, instant messengers, emails, possible hotline).
Handle customer inquiries appropriately and provide high level of service.
Be ready to work at night.
Interact with other departments to resolve issues.
Knowledge of Kazakh or Azerbaijani languages (fluent spoken and written), and English (all levels).
Good written communication skills in one of these language combinations.
Empathy, stress tolerance, responsibility, and focus on development and results.
Excellent basic computer skills.
Ability to work from personal laptop for the first 2 weeks of training.
