Provide support and maintain communication with a dedicated group of clients, primarily via Telegram (handling incoming requests and making targeted outbound calls to establish contact).Inform clients about personal offers, bonuses, and quests.Add players to relevant bonus campaigns based on their activity levels.Manually process deposit transfers and provide consultations on all site-related inquiries.Analyze complaints, gather and process feedback, monitor user activity, and identify solutions to improve the customer experience.Conduct profile analysis and select personalized promotions tailored to each client.
Language: Ukrainian native, knowledge of English will be a plus.
