Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Learn all necessary information for effective job performance.
  • Assist customers via live support channels, including Telegram and Instagram.
  • Properly handle customer inquiries and provide a high level of service.
  • Be ready to work night shifts as part of the rotational schedule.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve issues.
  • Monitor social media platforms to identify and quickly respond to customer inquiries.
  • Respond to comments and messages on social media, ensuring prompt and professional support.
  • Create reports on customer activity on social media and analyze them to improve service.
  • Maintain a positive company image on social media.
  • Track trends and new opportunities in social media for effective customer engagement.
  • Develop content for the Telegram channel, including writing posts, creating visual materials, and planning content strategy.
  • Work on increasing audience engagement in the Telegram channel and maintain active interaction with subscribers.
  • Analyze content effectiveness in the Telegram channel and implement improvements to increase engagement and reach.
  • Monitor competitor activities on social media and analyze their strategies to stay ahead.

Skills

  • Experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new challenges and tasks.
  • Strong interest in sports and familiarity with internet memes.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms.
  • Excellent written communication skills in Ukrainian.
  • Willingness to work a rotational schedule (3/3, 12-hour shifts), including night shifts.

Would be a plus: 

  • Experience in content creation and social media management.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
