Responsibilities:
- Learn all necessary information for effective job performance.
- Assist customers via live support channels, including Telegram and Instagram.
- Properly handle customer inquiries and provide a high level of service.
- Be ready to work night shifts as part of the rotational schedule.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve issues.
- Monitor social media platforms to identify and quickly respond to customer inquiries.
- Respond to comments and messages on social media, ensuring prompt and professional support.
- Create reports on customer activity on social media and analyze them to improve service.
- Maintain a positive company image on social media.
- Track trends and new opportunities in social media for effective customer engagement.
- Develop content for the Telegram channel, including writing posts, creating visual materials, and planning content strategy.
- Work on increasing audience engagement in the Telegram channel and maintain active interaction with subscribers.
- Analyze content effectiveness in the Telegram channel and implement improvements to increase engagement and reach.
- Monitor competitor activities on social media and analyze their strategies to stay ahead.
Skills
- Experience in customer support or a related field.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new challenges and tasks.
- Strong interest in sports and familiarity with internet memes.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills in Ukrainian.
- Willingness to work a rotational schedule (3/3, 12-hour shifts), including night shifts.
Would be a plus:
