Collaborate with internal teams and clients to provide expert guidance and support.
Contribute to documentation development, including incident response plans, policies, and knowledge base articles.
Establish and implement robust security baselines for IT and OT environments and cybersecurity, defining standards, implementing controls, and conducting audits.
Implement and manage leading EDR solutions (Microsoft Defender and Trellix) for comprehensive endpoint protection.
Implement and manage Checkpoint security solutions (firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion prevention systems) to secure network infrastructure and critical assets.
Assess vulnerabilities, implement security controls, and monitor OT/ICS networks using Claroty solutions.
Proactively monitor threat intelligence and emerging cybersecurity risks to recommend and implement proactive security measures.
Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a consultant role, demonstrable experience in IT/OT/ICS infrastructure and cybersecurity, EDR and Checkpoint security solutions.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, common industrial protocols, and secure remote access methods.
- Hands-on experience with leading EDR solutions (Microsoft Defender and Trellix), proficiency in endpoint protection, threat detection, and incident response.
- Hands-on experience with Checkpoint security solutions, including firewall management, VPN configuration, and intrusion prevention system deployment.
- Experience in establishing and implementing security baselines, conducting risk assessments, and developing policies.
- Proven experience in assessing vulnerabilities, implementing security controls, and monitoring OT/ICS networks using Claroty solutions, highlighting a deep understanding of industrial control systems and their unique security challenges.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese and high proficiency in English.
Nice to Have:
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GICSP, CCSA, CCSE, or similar.
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443.
- Experience in incident response and threat hunting.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell for automation tasks.
- Participation in cybersecurity and related communities, forums, or professional networks.
