Full-Time Cyber Security Project Manager (UK)

We are seeking a Cyber Security Manager to join our NBCU Consumer Product Security team.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Global Streaming Technology and Cyber Security organizations to build and deploy internal security services.
• Enhance security posture through data-driven approaches.
• Align with Cyber Security and Enterprise Technology strategies.
• Build strong relationships with Global Streaming leadership and supporting teams.
• Assess business practices, identify security gaps, and lead cyber security strategies.
• Interact effectively with Cyber Security leadership, Global Streaming teams, internal audit, clients, and regulators.
• Understand and articulate business operational processes and risks.
• Leverage internal and external resources for program and project insights.
• Lead and manage cross-functional Cyber Security projects, ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and quality standards.
• Develop and track project plans, schedules, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Own and report on key performance indicators and metrics.
• Serve as a liaison between Cyber Security and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate Cyber Security involvement in business projects.
• Inform and influence business strategy aligned with Cyber Security strategy.
• Facilitate alignment between Cyber Security architects and business needs.
• Stay abreast of Cyber Security trends and translate technical principles into business language.
• Support Cyber Security leadership in communicating issues, risks, and events.
• Lead and facilitate risk assessment exercises and develop mitigation plans.
• Support creation and refinement of business dashboards and reporting tools.
• Facilitate weekly Consumer Product Security scrum meetings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years IT experience, 2 years Cyber Security.
• Minimum 2 years customer-facing role.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on project management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Media/Entertainment industry experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Training in Cyber Security disciplines.
