We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cyber Security Operations Manager to drive strategic and operational program management, act as a subject matter expert, and bridge the gap between customers and sales teams.

This role is a hybrid function blending program management, customer engagement, cybersecurity expertise, and business strategy to deliver effective and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Management (Strategic & Operational):
• Lead end-to-end program execution, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
• Drive strategic planning and operational efficiency.
• Manage complex, cross-functional environments.
• Customer Engagement & Solution Design:
• Act as a trusted advisor and cybersecurity subject matter expert for clients.
• Work closely with global clients to understand their challenges and tailor solutions.
• Lead customer-facing discussions, presenting complex solutions effectively.
• Sales & Business Connection:
• Collaborate with sales teams to support solution positioning and pre-sales engagements.
• Provide technical expertise to sales.
• Help define go-to-market strategies and drive client adoption.
• Analytical, Reporting & Communication:
• Develop and deliver detailed reports, dashboards, and performance insights.
• Utilize analytical skills to assess data, trends, and operational impact.
• Communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Requirements

• Proven program management experience with strategic execution.
• Strong cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and risk management knowledge.
• Global client environment and multi-stakeholder engagement management.
• Exceptional analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills, effectively conveying technical and business insights.
• International market experience with a global client base.
• Multilingual capabilities (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Business, or related field.
• Enterprise security architecture, risk management, or compliance experience.
• C-suite and senior stakeholder experience.
• Cloud, AI, or security framework knowledge is a plus.
