Full-Time Data Analyst - Asset Owner Solutions

Job Summary

• Periodic preparation and delivery of pre-agreed reporting for various clients’ portfolios
• ETL – Extract data from PDF documents, web forms, and Excel templates; Transform into applicable format; and Load into relevant data repository
• Assist in the provision of initial observations to clients
• Data report provision and review to third parties as per client requirements
• Assist in the provision of ad-hoc analysis or reports
• Assist in the resolution of queries and communication with clients and third parties
• Assist in the implementation of change requests including project work in new client onboardings
• Assist in the design and review of reporting output and deliverables to meet client requirements and new business objectives
• Participate in workshops and requirements gathering sessions with clients and take action with the wider team on achieving targets
• Continuous review of the processes and procedures within IS, take initiatives to improve the control environment of reporting output and deliverables to clients, and identify ways to improve the efficiency of IS
• Play an integral role in the development and implementation of new data-focused solutions
• Document project tasks and group work, assign these to relevant parties and track progress

Experience

• 1+ years financial services or data analysis experience
• Proven record of reporting under strict deadlines
• Frequent interaction with clients and senior management
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office tools, particularly proficiency in Excel
• Exposure to data visualization software (i.e. Tableau, Power BI), ETL processes (via SQL or Snowflake), and Macro/VBA would be advantageous
• Project management exposure would be advantageous
