Summary: We seek a data-driven analyst to execute our SEO strategy. Reporting to the Head of SEO, this role collaborates with Content and Product teams, bridging technical SEO, data analytics, and product optimization. This position demands curiosity, adaptability, and innovation to drive organic growth, enhance user engagement, and leverage data engineering for scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize customer journeys, subscription flows, and engagement metrics with stakeholders.
- Drive A/B and multivariate testing on desktop and mobile.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure product success.
- Analyze user behavior and product performance, translating findings into insights.
- Design real-time dashboards and visualizations to empower teams.
- Conduct keyword research and intent mapping to align product and content strategies.
- Develop technical SEO strategies (structured data, site architecture).
- Monitor organic search performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Search Console.
- Design and implement SEO-focused A/B tests.
- Stay informed about search engine algorithm updates and adapt strategies.
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines to integrate multiple data sources.
- Utilize APIs for real-time SEO and product analysis.
- Perform statistical analyses and predictive modeling for traffic and revenue forecasts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years data analysis experience with proven organic growth impact.
- Experience with ETL pipelines and APIs for data integration.
- Strong growth mindset, passion for SEO, and adaptability.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
- Expertise in predictive modeling, forecasting, and statistical analysis.
- Experience with A/B testing and CRO.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.).
- Deep understanding of technical SEO, keyword intent, and content optimization.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).
