Full-Time Data Analyst

The Role: We seek a curious, self-motivated Data Analyst to elevate customer experience through data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Key data partner for the CX team
• Define and monitor key metrics, uncover customer pain points and improve end-to-end experience
• Uncover insights from customer feedback (NPS, CSAT, contact reasons)
• Develop structured approach for multiple topics and maintain focus in dynamic environments
• Automate and scale reporting (SQL, Tableau)
• Support high-impact initiatives (churn, onboarding, product/growth)
• Craft clear, actionable narratives to drive better decisions
• Deepen data expertise, expand impact and explore new areas (product, strategy, technical data development)

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of data analysis experience, ideally in fast-paced consumer environments
• Strong command of SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau)
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into analytical questions
• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills
• Growth mindset, high curiosity, and a drive to keep learning
