At Experian, we are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Data Services team. You will help shape the future of employer services, focusing on HR compliance and outsourcing. You will develop and implement data-driven solutions for strategic decision-making and business growth.
What You'll Do:
- Build tasks assigned through the Data Services ticketing system.
- Maintain data ingestion tools and automation scripts.
- Convert, manipulate, and prepare large data volumes for ingestion using Excel.
- Resolve data import errors and troubleshoot data issues.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction with technical and advisory skills.
What Your Background Is:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Economics, or Information management.
- 2+ years of experience in databases or application support.
- Proficiency in data manipulations and validation techniques.
- Experience with data cleansing methods.
- Excel or SQL proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
This is a permanent remote home-based role in Costa Rica. No relocation available.
