Full-Time Data Analyst

Role: Data Analyst

Location: Remote, India

Role Characteristics:

• Support multiple stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Business, Ad Ops).
• Develop scalable analytical solutions.
• Identify problems, define KPIs, and monitor impact/success of product improvements.
• Streamline processes.
• Work with large datasets, cutting-edge techniques.
• Utilize AWS analytics infrastructure (Redshift, S3, Athena).
• Gain experience with location data.
• Work in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform root cause analysis for metric changes.
• Understand business context and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Derive insights and build solutions.
• Suggest process improvements (script optimization, automation).
• Create and automate reports/dashboards in Python.

Technical Skills (Must):

• 4-year B.Tech degree (Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Economics, etc.).
• 2-4 years experience with data analysis/statistical analysis.
• SQL proficiency.
• Python scripting/automation.
• Data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, QuickSight).

Other Skills (Must):

• Quick learner.
• Strong communication (written & oral).
• Pattern recognition & insight generation.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience with large datasets.
• AWS analytics infrastructure experience (Redshift, S3, Athena, Boto3).
