What We Seek: A strategic and hands-on data professional to shape Forage's data architecture and empower departments with data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support data pipeline and ETL processes.
- Collaborate with teams to enable data-driven decisions.
- Evaluate and recommend data infrastructure and tools.
- Develop, test, and optimize queries for reports and dashboards.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in Business Intelligence Engineering, Data Engineering, or Data Analysis.
- Analyzing large datasets to solve problems.
- Running large independent data projects.
- Strong SQL experience.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- Understanding of data pipeline design.
- Cross-functional collaboration (operations, project management, engineering).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Python familiarity.
- AWS cloud data infrastructure knowledge.
- Building data pipelines.
- Growth-stage software company experience.
- Fintech background.
Compensation: $95,000 - $130,000 base + equity + benefits
