Full-Time Data Analyst

The Role: Data Analyst to join our growing Districts team. The role focuses on data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

1. Business Intelligence: Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker. Provide insights for performance improvements. Partner with stakeholders to understand data and align on goals.
2. Custom Reporting & Analytics: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and create tailored reports. Build ad hoc queries and custom reports for the District team. Translate complex data into clear presentations for non-technical audiences.
3. Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and security. Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to improve data reliability. Adhere to data governance policies.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, ideally in edtech or B2B.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with large datasets.
• Expertise with Looker (or similar tools).
• Familiarity with data management tools and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional communication skills.
• Proven cross-cultural competency.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy commitment.
