Full-Time Data Analyst

Data Analyst needed at KPA.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our Revenue Operations team. Ensure data is accurate, actionable, aligned across teams, contributing to data-driven decision-making.

Ideal candidate is passionate about complex datasets, clear insights, and streamlining data processes across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, validate data for reliable datasets.
• Coordinate and oversee data integration with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and enhance databases for accuracy and consistency.
• Identify, troubleshoot, resolve data quality issues.
• Document data processes, systems, workflows.
• Develop and deliver training resources for data tools and processes.
• Utilize Salesforce data for analysis, reporting, quality monitoring.
• Develop, maintain, enhance dashboards and visualizations using Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to track business KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Translate complex data findings into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 1-2 years of data-related experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Advanced proficiency with SQL and Excel (macros, power queries).
• Experience working with Salesforce data and reporting tools.
• Experience with building reports and dashboards in SFDC and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with data cleaning and transformation techniques.
• Understanding of key business metrics (MRR, churn, LTV).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills explaining insights.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and grow analysis skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks.
• Collaborative and proactive, independent and team-oriented.

Compensation:

60k-65k Annual Base Salary, 7.5% Annual Bonus Opportunity.
