Job Overview

The Data Analyst, Enterprise Data Solutions role is responsible for developing and managing data handling requirements, design, and development for our partners' data in specific market channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly analytical, and excels in communication and coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Gather detailed requirements from business teams on new initiatives impacting data processes.
2. Document requirements, translate to user stories, and review with the business.
3. Design and develop data models for business reporting and analytics needs.
4. Develop data engineering pipelines, processing jobs, and reports to support business needs.
5. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback, address issues, and manage ongoing support.
6. Manage and execute periodic operational data processing for new customer data entry.
7. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to resolve data quality issues.
8. Maintain clear communication with all team members and stakeholders.

Requirements & Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in data-driven roles, preferably business-facing.
• Proficiency in SQL, AWS Lambda, common scripting languages (Python, R), and ETL processes.
• Understanding of data warehousing is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, translating technical info for business audiences.
• Attention to detail, collaborative mindset, and teamwork skills.
• Passion for continuous learning.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Analytics).
