In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, analyze large datasets, and make a significant impact on the success of our mobile f2p project Star Merge.
What are you working on?

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Analyse large datasets to identify trends and insights into player behaviour.

Develop reports and dashboards to communicate data insights to stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing managers, game designers and programmers, to provide data for more accurate decisions
-
Design and run A/B-tests to maximize KPIs.

Track and report the product performance from release to release.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
-
3+ year of experience as product data analyst in mobile gaming
-
Practical experience with BI analytical tools
-
Understanding of key product and marketing metrics (e.g., ROI, LTV, ARPU, etc.).

Basic knowledge of SQL and familiarity with one programming language (Python, R, etc.)

Knowledge of probability theory and applied statistics
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, analysts, and marketing to deliver unambiguous business impact

We speak Ro/Ru in our day-to-day interactions but keep English as the base written documentation language

Detail-Oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Natural tendency to be curious and creative
