Full-Time Data Analyst

• Support the day-to-day operations of ongoing data acquisition for the WI360 technology solution
• Collect, analyze, and validate data prior to it being stored for final use
• Ensure data integrity by implementing quality assurance practices
• Work interdependently with technology partners and internal consultants
• Participate in client implementation tasks
• Interface with external clients, functional IT teams, and internal consultants
• Identify areas of improvement in data collection processes or systems
• Assist with the development and implementation of related technology initiatives

• BA or BS in data analytics, computer programming, statistics, or related field
• Experience in compensation, HR, Analytics, or related field
• Familiar with job evaluations, salary surveys, market pricing, and salary range analysis
• Ability to clean and process data into the system with adequate speed and accuracy
• Experience using Excel (pivot tables, lookup formulas, logical formulas, conditional formatting)
• Ability to visualize data to stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in Workday, PeopleSoft/Oracle, and SAP HRIS systems a plus
• Self-starter with the ability to assist with complex project deliverables
• Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Attention to detail
• High level of self-motivation
• Knowledge of HR programs, processes, HR data management, workforce planning, job mapping and career frameworks – highly preferred
• Knowledge and or work in the health care industry
• Experience or knowledge in compensation and benefits
