Job Description

1. Data Analysis: Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support Fresh Futures’ business objectives. Perform statistical analysis and data mining to uncover actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
2. Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Present data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders through visualisations and written reports.
3. Data Interpretation: Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve platform features, user experience, and business strategies. Collaborate with the Business Data Scientist and other team members to align data analysis with overall business goals.
4. Data Management: Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preprocessing of data to ensure its accuracy and reliability. Monitor data quality and work with the Data Quality Specialist to address any data discrepancies or issues.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and IT, to understand their data needs and deliver relevant analyses. Support the development of data collection systems and strategies to optimise statistical efficiency and data quality.
6. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest data analysis techniques, tools, and best practices. Propose and implement improvements to data analysis processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 1 to 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role OR
3. Fresh graduates with relevant academic projects or internships demonstrating proficiency in data analysis tasks.
4. Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
5. Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
6. Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modelling techniques.
7. Familiarity with data management and data cleaning processes.
8. Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
10. Understanding of business operations and the ability to align data analysis with business objectives.
11. Experience in identifying and developing data-driven business opportunities is a plus.
12. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
13. Strong communication and presentation skills to convey data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
14. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
15. Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
