Simple is a successful mobile product with over 15 million users and 100% year-over-year revenue growth. It helps users improve their nutritional habits. We are now working on a new revolutionary AI product to improve health in a fun way.
Data Analyst role focused on enhancing CRM activities, particularly financial aspects (channel costs, subscriber acquisition, product goals).
Responsibilities:
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights for business decisions.
- Create reports on customer behavior, revenue, and campaign success.
- Monitor team metrics and KPIs.
- Assist in AB testing.
- Enhance analytical infrastructure (data marts, self-service tools).
- Collaborate with development and other departments for CRM integration and updates.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to structure and test hypotheses quickly.
- Rapid learner capable of quickly understanding new ideas, areas, and data sources.
- Strong ownership mentality to proactively achieve team goals and OKRs.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
- Technical skills: proficiency in SQL, Python, BI (Looker/Superset), mathematical statistics.
- Experience in subscription-based products is a plus.
