Full-Time Data Analyst (Consumer goods)

What will you do?

• Discovering, understanding, overviewing, and proposing solutions to clients’ business problems based on data analytics and visualization.
• Assessing, coordinating client dashboarding requirements, proactively proposing dashboards, KPIs, and information hierarchies to fit business questions.
• Designing and developing executive and tactical dashboards considering best practices and client needs, focusing on answering specific business questions.
• Enhancing client reporting capabilities through reporting governance and knowledge transfer of best practices.
• Uncovering business opportunities and problems through data analysis, formulating and conveying recommendations.
• Supporting data analysis projects with result presentations and visual data analysis.
• Cooperating with colleagues (data engineers, analytics engineers, data scientists) based on project needs.
• Creating semantic models for dashboards as needed.
• Supporting team knowledge base development.

What do you need to apply?

• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI.
• Basic knowledge of data extraction/processing (SQL, dbt, or Spark).
• Experience in the Consumer Goods Industry (DTC and Retail).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Analytical, numerical skills, and precision in analyzing complex topics.
• Client management skills (handling professional data analytics solutions).
• Proactive and prioritizing skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Flexibility and humor.
• Professional qualification (Business/Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or IT).

What is good to have?

• Business consultant (Big4 or top-tier) or large company CxO level support background.
• Domain knowledge in other sectors (telecommunications, FMCG, media, energy, manufacturing, healthcare, e-commerce).
• Experience with generative AI & Machine learning projects.
• Knowledge of data management methodologies/tools.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
