Full-Time Data Analyst (Consumer Goods)

• Discovering, understanding, and proposing solutions to clients’ business problems using data analytics and visualization.
• Assessing and coordinating client dashboarding requirements, proactively proposing dashboards, KPIs, and information hierarchy.
• Designing and developing executive and tactical dashboards, considering data visualization best practices.
• Enhancing clients’ reporting capabilities through reporting governance and knowledge transfer.
• Uncovering business opportunities and problems through data analysis, formulating recommendations.
• Supporting data analysis projects with presentations of exploratory analyses and visual data presentation.
• Cooperating with colleagues from data engineering, analytics engineering, and data science.
• Creating semantic models behind dashboards as needed.

• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Advanced knowledge of PowerBI.
• Basic knowledge of data extraction and/or processing (SQL, dbt or Spark).
• Experience in the Consumer Goods Industry (DTC and Retail).
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Analytical and numerical skills.
• Client management skills.
• Proactivity and prioritizing skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Professional qualification in Business / Economics, Engineering, Statistics or IT.

• Business consultants or large company CxO level support background.
• Domain knowledge in telecommunications, FMCG, media, energy, manufacturing, healthcare, e-commerce.
• Prior experience with generative AI & Machine learning projects.
• Knowledge of data management methodologies and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker).
