Full-Time Data Analyst (GCP)

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of general experience in Data Visualization, Business Intelligence, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Looker, with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing dashboards and reports.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and SQL for querying and manipulating data within Looker.
• Familiarity with LookML.
• Experience working with the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with ETL processes and experience working with large-scale datasets.
• Nice to have: GCP Professional Data Engineer certification.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and visualization best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions that meet business needs.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data in relational databases and BigQuery
• Ability to write complex queries, including joins, subqueries, aggregations, and analytical functions to extract insights from data
• Experience using Looker as a data visualization and business intelligence tool
• Skill in creating dashboards, reports, and effective visualizations using LookML
• Familiarity with concepts such as partitioning and clustering to improve query performance
• Competence in using descriptive statistics and analytical techniques to interpret data and generate insights
• Ability to work with data structures optimized for analysis, such as summary tables and dimensional schemas
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices to present information clearly and effectively
• Skill in cleaning, transforming, and preparing data for analysis from various sources and formats
