Full-Time Data Analyst (Global Reporting & BI)

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in reporting, data warehousing, and big data.

Daily tasks center around consulting and investigations on reporting systems and business intelligence demands.

The role requires technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and relevant programming skills to efficiently master complex tasks.

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Main functions:

1. Provide expert-level consultancy and support on indicators, KPIs, and reporting systems, as well as data warehousing and business data analysis aspects.
2. Investigate and implement fixes and optimizations for KPI formulas, reports, and overall data processing chains.
3. Support data-centric solutions, integrating existing platforms, data, and analytics capabilities into innovative services.
4. Support presales activities, requirement analysis, and business intelligence support for new or ongoing projects and analytics platforms.
5. Engage in the development of reporting platforms, data warehouses, data integrations, and related platforms relevant for data analysis and business intelligence aspects – medium software development skills are required for collaboration with senior software developers as needed.
6. Explore opportunities in Big Data and AI, contributing to data strategy and optimization efforts.
7. Provide maintenance and support for daily business processes in analytics platforms and other relevant systems.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be residents of an EU country; applications from candidates outside the EU will not be considered.
• 5+ years of experience with reporting, data analytics, and data warehouses.
• Advanced experience on KPI metrics definition and reporting, to master complex investigations and troubleshooting tasks.
• Good understanding of compliance and legal aspects on data storage and usage.
• Medium software development skills: C#, .NET, T-SQL, JS, Python are relevant.
• Experience with data integration and ETL platforms (Apache Hop, Talend, SSIS): medium skills are required for updating existing ETLs.
• Language: English (mandatory), German (plus), Spanish (plus)

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good at self-organizing, taking initiative, and able to work autonomously.
• Strong analytical mindset with a detail-oriented approach.
