Job Details
You will help develop mail population segments to meet customer marketing strategies.
You will assess and select appropriate resources for program delivery.
You will be a project coordinator for program scheduling and fulfillment.
You will conduct final quality analysis on programs, reviewing accuracy of output.
You will manage multiple accounts and programs simultaneously.
You will prepare and process program billing.
Provide technical consultation in the design and implementation of client programs.
Provide user interface support for self-service batch program fulfillment systems.
You will report to the Business Implementation Manager
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
2 – 3 years Customer Service related experience.
Understanding of systems capabilities, software platforms and processes.
- Knowledge of PC office software tools.
- Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) Intermediate
- Knowledge of Boolean Search/queries for SQL
- Excellent English, both oral and written communication skills.
