The Data Analyst II contributes meaningfully to data-driven decision-making by delivering analyses and insights that inform business and product decisions. This role combines growing analytical capabilities with increasing autonomy, managing projects independently while collaborating across teams to solve business problems.

- Analysis & Insights: Conduct analyses, delivering actionable insights. Build and maintain dashboards.
- Collaboration & Growth: Partner with cross-functional teams, communicate analysis results, mentor junior analysts.
- Quality & Standards: Reinforce team standards, identify friction points, and document learnings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with Looker or similar BI tools.
- Working knowledge of Python.
- Understanding of statistical concepts.
