Full-Time Data Analyst II, Customer Experience

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering analyses and dashboards to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Diving into different data sources and developing creative solutions based on stakeholder needs.
• Developing a deep understanding of our products and how to tell the story of their impact to customers.
• Collaborating with Product to inform how we evolve our customer data story and expand our standard suite of reporting.
• Surfacing opportunities to automate and scale commonly requested reports and data sets.
• Becoming an expert working with our data stack (R, Snowflake, Looker, dbt, and RStudio Connect).

What success looks like in this role:

• Customers and internal stakeholders are highly satisfied with the quality of work.
• Reports and data sets are reviewed for data consistency and data quality.
• Requests are completed in a timely manner while prioritizing quality.
• Ideas that reduce manual data pulls to inform decisions are brought forward.
• Dashboards and analyses deliver ongoing value to stakeholders.

What we expect from you:

• Strong SQL skills to query data across many sources.
• 3+ years of experience with data, data visualization, and dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Focus on impact and delivering the most value for stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills, comfortable explaining technical concepts.
• Humble, highly motivated, and thriving in fast-paced environments.
• Passion for navigating ambiguous problem areas and learning new approaches.
• Prior experience with R and dbt is a plus.
• Passion for mental health care and Spring Health’s mission.
• Ability to travel once a quarter.

Target base salary range: $105,000 - $125,800
