We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team.
As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement across various business areas.
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics platforms
- Create comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to identify business questions and determine appropriate data-driven solutions
- Implement and maintain data quality standards to ensure accuracy and reliability of analyses
- Develop and automate regular reporting and ad-hoc analyses
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in data analysis or related field
- Proficiency in SQL and database management
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VBA
- Understanding of business intelligence and data warehousing concepts
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communication skills to present complex data in a clear, concise manner
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
