Full-Time Data Analyst II - REF119S

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team.

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement across various business areas.

1. Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
2. Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics platforms
3. Create comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards to present findings to stakeholders
4. Collaborate with teams across the organization to identify business questions and determine appropriate data-driven solutions
5. Implement and maintain data quality standards to ensure accuracy and reliability of analyses
6. Develop and automate regular reporting and ad-hoc analyses
7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions
8. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in data analysis or related field
• Proficiency in SQL and database management
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VBA
• Understanding of business intelligence and data warehousing concepts
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication skills to present complex data in a clear, concise manner
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
