Full-Time Data Analyst - M3 EU

As an M3 EU Data Analyst you will be responsible for delivering and maintaining innovative, market-leading digital data dashboards, reports, and insights.

You will work closely with commercial and operational teams to gather and distill relevant customer insights, creating compelling data stories that meet client needs and support business objectives.

Liaise with Product and Data Engineering Teams to understand requirements and work with data engineers to improve reporting and insights.

Bring a passion for innovative visual and verbal data narratives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Client Dashboard and Report Creation and Maintenance (including QA and data integrity)
• Client KPI model refinement and forecasting process review
• Internal KPI setting and results analysis for Product and Community teams
• Data Analysis to identify actionable insights
• Verbal Communication for requirement gathering and cross-functional collaboration
• Visual Communication through data visualization and data narratives
• Applied knowledge of data & analytics tools and approaches across all data lifecycle stages.
• Use data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and DBT frameworks.
• Data Visualization expertise and data storytelling
• Expert communication skills to explain complex concepts
• Experience with data compliance (GDPR and regulated industries)
• Customer-centric, pragmatic mindset focused on value delivery and swift execution
• Deadline-oriented, detailed, and self-starter
• Entrepreneurial curiosity and strategic thinking
