Position Purpose: As part of the Municipal Water Performance Team, this Analyst will drive efficiency and growth for municipal and corporate clients. They will work under the direction of managers, senior managers, or directors, handling operational and strategic issues in municipal water utility operations.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct analyses to solve complex problems using innovative frameworks.
- Identify opportunities using benchmarks, interviews, and site visits.
- Analyze data to identify and quantify performance improvements.
- Establish and monitor financial and operational performance metrics to implement improvements.
- Structure client documents with clear storylines for various audiences.
- Synthesize information from various sources to make actionable recommendations.
- Deliver oral presentations.
- Apply communication strategies for different client contexts.
Work Environment: Regular office work with up to 30% travel required. Preferred location: Tampa, FL (hybrid option available).
Education/Experience/Background: Bachelor's degree (engineering, business, environmental science, or data science preferred); 1+ year of professional experience; experience in utility, engineering, or consulting is a plus.
